PAYMENT

We accept all major credit card providers, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Enparticles Diffusion Pump Oil will not store any of your credit and payment information. The payment options will be available once you reach the checkout page. When using credit cards, your payment is transmitted via 256-bit ssl encryption provided by Thawte for safe and secure payments. SHIPPING

Orders normally take 1 day to process and package. Once it leaves our warehouse it should take no longer than 2-3 business days to reach your address, international shipping can take up to 14 days. If you require special methods of shipping, please contact us.

GUARANTEE

We will provide the tracking number for every order, and be responsible for the order until it reaches your address. We always guarantee that you get your order. If it never arrives, contact us immediately.

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel or make changes to the order, make sure to contact us within 24 hours. Once the order leaves the warehouse, we will have to wait for you to send it back to us, and only then can we do a refund or change the order. You will be held responsible for the shipping fees from there on.
